Healers are Tumerok Magic users that wield drums. They have access to powerful healing spells, to restore the health and vigor of themself and their allies, and offer protection from fire and poison attacks. They are designed to be played mainly as HEALERS to support the fellow.

SOLO PLAY: Healers are not typically played solo due their great value as support. Nevertheless, they may take any base tree--melee, missile, or magic--and do quite well in solo. They can easy solo 3 or more levels above his own level, and the magic tree allows them to defeat multiple foes at a time with a slew of AOE attacks.

GROUP PLAY: Healers are highly regarded as Healers for their excellent healing and auras (permanent fellow-wide buffs).

In addition to these, a Healer also has access to all Common Hero Skills and Hero Perks.

Build Guide

The Healer combines powerful targeted and group heals and powerful targeted vigor heals for other players. Besides the base magic auto-attack, Healers have access to only two class-specific attack skills--a root and a damage debuff. Fortunately he may also train basic magic offensive skills, some of which benefit from Healer Adept.

Nevertheless, the Healer's forte is healing and support. Healers have excellent protective buffs, and it is not uncommon to see six to seven aura buffs apply to you as a healer joins the group. Among these are increases to vigor regeneration, defensive masteries, poison or fire spellcraft reduction, in addition to base Tumerok Magic buffs. Some group healers will not even bother with any masteries, while others may take all masteries to boost defense. The Healer buff Protecting the Flock boosts defenses even more.

The Healer is also an excellent class to hybridize with the base Tumerok Melee or Tumerok Missile skill trees, for primary damage and the use of a shield. Or a Healer may be played purely as a support character and with additional skills trained from the Tumerok Magic skill tree for additional magical damage and bonuses.

When compared to the other primary healing class, the Lugian Sage, Healers tend to specialize in quicker, single-target heals, while Sages specialize in more powerful but slowly regenerating heals.
